MAILING LISTS: Specific contact lists are normally provided by the client. However, should you need assistance in acquiring mailing lists for a particular demographic we can handle it.
LIST MANAGEMENT: Removing duplicate contacts from your mailing lists can help you save money by avoiding the waste of unneccesary printed material and postage. Mid-City can manage all your list maintenance needs and ensure your direct mail outreach is effective and efficient.
CASS CERTIFICATION REPORTS: CASS certification is the process of matching your address list to the USPS mater list of zip+4 codes. Mid-City utilizes CASS software that is tested by the USPS to ensure it performs a correct match even when there are errors in the address. This process also helps fix incorrect addresses so your mailing lists are always error free. In addition, CASS certification reports are required for barcoding bulk mail to provide additional postage discounts.
NCOA (National Change of Address): This process compares names on your mailing list to the database changes the Post Office has on file. Address changes filed with the Post Office are kept on file for 48 months. After the NCOA process is complete an updated file is imported. The current USPS standards for 1st class and STD A mail require an update method for each address in your mail list within 95 days of the mailing date. Compliance move update is required.
